We believe our estate vineyards are the best sources for Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. Our hand-crafted wines do not come from large-scale industrial manufacturing, but from a natural, smaller, and simpler process marrying artisan to agriculture. The vision for the Bergström Wine Club has always been one that resembles a farm share or community-supported agriculture (CSA) program. Membership ensures access to our portfolio of highly rated and small- production wines. Membership also comes with a generous benefits package.

Yes! Approximately one week before your club allocation is processed, you will receive a club allocation notice email detailing your allocation and containing a prompt to log into your account where you can finalize your selections and/or add additional bottles.

Of course! We want to ensure that all members receive their ideal club allocation and get the most out of their membership. To confirm your preferences, our wine club manager will follow up with you via email shortly after you become a member.

We also understand that preferences develop over time. To accommodate a changing palate, you can always adjust your membership during your tenure.

Our club members enjoy member pricing on all wine purchases. This includes club member allocations as well as any additional wine purchases. Your specific savings depends on club member level.

There are no enrollment or annual fees.

Each club cycle begins with a notification email and a one-week customization period. You may process your customized order at any time during that week. If you choose to not customize your allocation, the default allocation will be processed to the card on file at the end of the customization period.

Wines purchased and shipped prior to de-activation are not refundable.

We ship via UPS and/or FedEx to most states. We also partner with Vinum55, a white-glove, climate-controlled delivery company that services most major urban areas in Arizona and Texas for year-round, worry-free shipping.

Yes! We offer Will Call at our “Ekollon” estate in Dundee 7 days a week. We are often quite busy hosting tastings, so we kindly request you make an appointment to pick up. We will ensure your wine is packed and ready for your arrival. Pickup appointments can be made here or by calling 503-554-0468.

We will cellar your Will Call order for up to 6 months before reaching out to make arrangements.

Club members enjoy two types of tasting benefits. Casual club visits are complimentary and available for parties of up to 4 people. Our elevated, hosted tastings are offered with special club member pricing. See our EXPERIENCES page for the most up-to-date information about tastings.

Of course! You can gift a membership that renews annually, or one that expires after a set period time or after a set number of allocations. Please contact us at

Membership begins with a one year commitment and automatically renews annually.

We hope you receive years of enjoyment as a part of our member family. However, we understand that circumstances change and therefore, you may de-activate your membership at any time after your first anniversary.

Early cancellation is subject to a $200 cancellation charge.

We craft wines that are vibrant and ready-to-drink upon release! There is a lot to love about young wines!

We also love our wines with some age! We have found that most of our wines begin to reach their secondary phase of development after approximately seven years of bottle ageing. That is why our annual library release celebrates the vintage seven years prior.

There will always be variation in our recommended drinking schedules from vintage to vintage and from cuvée to cuvée. That is part of what makes wine engaging and irresistible. Josh Bergström prepared this helpful vintage guide. Please do not hesitate to email us at with any specific questions.

Of course! Once we announce your allocation via email, you will be able to log into your account and customize your club allocation. There will be an up-to-date list of available wines available to add. Not seeing the bottle you wanted? As a club member, you receive first access to our small production wines before we release them to our general mailing list. Club allocations are charged in advance of shipping to secure these wines before they sell out. A delay between charging and shipping allows us to navigate any potential weather challenges. A detailed shipping schedule is contained in your club allocation confirmation.

It is of utmost importance that you receive your wine in pristine condition. Wine is a perishable good and its integrity is affected by exposure to hot or cold temperatures. When determining shipping schedules, we monitor the weather at point of origin, along the predicted transit route, and at the destination.

If these weather conditions are not conducive to shipping your wine, you will be immediately notified of a hold and presented with alternatives. If you are inquiring about a specific shipment, please contact us by emailing , calling 503-554-0463, or texting us at 503-837-2665.

We have a 100% quality guarantee for wines shipped in accordance with our shipping policies. Bergström Wines is not liable for wine shipped on weather-release (see shipping policies).

In the unlikely case that you receive a bottle that was broken during transit or delivery, please contact us at or 503-554-0463 within 48 hours of receipt so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping company. Please keep the packaging and its contents exactly as you found them
and send photo evidence of the damage to the email address above. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may arrange to have the wine picked up from the delivery location.

Email is our most important method of communication. You will receive club allocation notices, order confirmations, and tracking information via email. If you have not received any emails recently, our messages may be going to your spam folder.
